Skype Teams Microsoft's Slack Competitor Spotted on web


Today MSPowerUser reported that Microsoft is working on an app named Skype Teams  to compete against Slack. We have a  few points to add that story.

  • The apps is available in web at this url http://teams.skype.com
  • The URL skypeteams.com is registered by Microsoft from April 28th 2016
I am not sure whether this app will overlap with the functionalities of Outlook Groups, Office 365 Groups and Yammer Groups
